We are thrilled to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) (DIAC) and the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC), the organizers of ISTAW 2024.

This MoU marks a significant step in fostering collaboration between these two leading arbitration institutions. It aims to enhance the exchange of knowledge, promote best practices, and strengthen the relationship between the Middle East and energy arbitration sectors.
