Rıdvan AKTÜRK

Arbitrator

Rıdvan Aktürk, completed his BSc and MSc in the Middle East Technical University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department in 1994, has received an MBA degree from London Middlesex University Business School. Mr. Aktürk is currently serving as a Board Member and consultant in different sectors including energy, technology and entrepreneurship. He has over 25 years of knowledge and experience in a wide range that will cover all activities in the energy sector, especially in electricity, oil and gas. Mr. Aktürk has worked and managed for years in engineering, design, manufacturing and application projects in the field of electricity generation, transmission and distribution systems. He has been involved in Turkey’s leading projects and conducted international negotiations in large-scale transportation, processing, storage and trade in the oil and gas industries. For more than 12 years, he served as Coordinator, Director, General Manager, Chairman of the Board of Directors and a Member of the Board of Directors in different units of Çalık Enerji & affiliates. He has particular experience in M&A, transformation and restructuring, corporate finance and innovative implementation operations and has a successful management career in senior management positions in international energy projects and energy diplomacy.


Metin AYDIN

Arbitrator

Metin Aydın, who has been the Director of Kayseri Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. (KEPSAŞ) since December 2015, graduated from Yıldız University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering in 1991. He worked as an engineer until 1997 after completing his military service as a control engineer at the Ankara Construction Real Estate Directorate in the Ministry of Defense. Subsequently, he worked at various levels in TEDAŞ Amasya Establishment Directorate and TEDAŞ General Directorate from 1997 to 2007, as a technical chief in the General Directorate of Market Financial Settlement Center (MFSC) of Turkey Electricity Transmission Company (TEIAS) from 2007 to 2015. And since June 2015, he served as Ankara Branch Manager of KEPSAS. He participated as a participant and trainer in programs related to the electricity market held in Turkey and abroad. He is a Board Member of the Energy Law Research Institute.


Dr. Zuhal BEREKET BAŞ

Att. Dr. Zuhal Bereket Baş graduated from Dicle University Faculty of Law in 1989 and started to work as the Investigation Judge in the 10th Chamber of the Council of State. During her tenure at the Council of State between 1999-2000, she served in Paris to “judge and research” the French Council of State and the Paris Administrative Court, representing the Turkish Council of State. She completed her MSc in Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law in 1995, and prepared her thesis titled “General Principles of Law and Council of State”. In 2002, she completed her doctorate at Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law with her thesis titled “The Absolute Liability of the Administration”. In 2005, while she was working as an Investigation Judge in the 5th Chamber of the Council of State, she left her duty and started to work as a lawyer registered to the Ankara Bar Association. After working as the managing partner [senior partner] of Bulut Law Firm in 2005, he left in September 2011 and established Vizyon Law Firm. Since September 2011, she has been working as a Founding / Managing Partner in Vizyon Law Firm. She is also a Board Member of the Energy Law Research Institute.


Güryay BİNGÖL

Att. Güryay Bingöl after graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2001, has started to work as a trainee lawyer in Yazıcı Attorney Partnership, one of Turkey’s leading law firm  and left as partnerin 2018. Throughout his career, he has worked on both conventional energy resources such as petroleum, natural gas, coal and renewable energy resources such as wind, solar and geothermal, and also provided legal opinions to companies operating in these areas in line with the energy legislation in terms of both company management and commercial activities. Since 2018, he has been serving in Özkan Gürden Bingöl Attorney Partnership, of which he is one of the founders, to international clients in areas such as energy law, construction projects, corporate law and corporate governance, M&A, real estate law, IT law. He also represents his clients in Turkish courts and international arbitrations authorities. Güryay Bingöl also received a MSc in economics law from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2005 and in international business law at Westminster University in London, in 2012. He has been teaching cyber law as a part-time lecturer at Boğaziçi University since 2016.


Jonathan W. BLYTHE

Jonathan W. Blythe is a senior partner of Senguler & Senguler, with nearly 25 years of experience in the Turkish legal market. Having completed an MA (Law) at Istanbul University, in 1995 he set up and ran the Istanbul Office of the Scottish oil and gas law firm Ledingham Chalmers until 2004. Recognized as one of the most experienced foreign attorneys in the sector, he has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, energy, finance, banking, and project work and provides legal advice to clients in various industries. Being able to negotiate the Turkish language and knowledge of the local market has helped many foreign investors.Advising on merger and acquisition deals and providing daily support on corporate matters for multinational clients is an integral part of its practice. Jonathan is also a qualified arbitrator sitting in ICC cases. Joséphine Hage CHAHINE

Joséphine Hage Chahine joined Leboulanger & Associés in 2015. She has been assisting the Firm’s team in ongoing ICC international arbitration cases as well as in a post-arbitration proceedings (stay of enforcement of an arbitral award and annulment proceedings of an award) before French Courts. Her practice includes a wide range of disputes such as sales, transport, construction, corporate, joint ventures, banking & finance. Josephine Hage Chahine is regularly appointed Administrative Secretary to Arbitral Tribunals in institutional and ad hoc arbitration cases. She completed his master’s degree at Saint Joseph University (Lebanon) in 2010 and his doctorate at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University in 2016. He still continues to give lectures in the field of banking law at Paris I Sorbonne University (France). Prior to joining Leboulanger & Associés, she was in charge of teaching civil, corporate, bankruptcy and credit instruments laws as a tutor at the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.  She registered with the Beirut Bar Association since 2014 and with the Paris Bar Association since 2017. Anthony CONNERTY

Anthony Connerty  specialises in the field of commercial dispute resolution as Counsel, Arbitrator and Mediator and he is a barrister at the Chambers of Stephen Hockman QC.He has acted as Counsel in most English courts and in courts of foreign jurisdiction. As an ADR lawyer he has acted as Counsel, Arbitrator and Mediator in international arbitrations and mediations processes in countries around the world under the Rules of many of the major international arbitration and mediation institutions. His areas of experience include complex international multi-million U.S. dollar cases involving general commercial disputes; oil and gas; metals; cotton; banking; online dispute resolution; art law. He has a particular interest in China and has been a member of the CIETAC Panel of arbitrators since 1997. Süleyman ÇETİN

Att. Süleyman Çetin, who is the founder of Çetin Law Firm,  graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, he served as a judge candidate in the Ministry of Justice between 1990-1991 and subsequently began working as Legal Counsel in Turkey Is Bankasi AS. Upon being elected as a Board Member of Ankara Bar Association in 2002, he left his job at the Bank and founded his  Law Firm. He served as a member of the Board of Directors, responsible for human rights, consumer rights, occupational issues, Intellectual Property and Competition Law, social security, environment, culture-arts, social-sports relations in Turkey Bar Association and Ankara Bar Association. He took part in the organization of local radio and television stations in Ankara and carried out legal studies on copyright and RTÜK. He served as a Board Member of RATEF-Radio and Television Broadcasters Federation. He  continues to perform the program called HUKUK SAATİ, which is broadcast live every Friday at 14:05 on TRT TSR. Assoc. Prof. Dmitry DAVYDENKO

Dmitry Davydenko is a known Russian expert in mediation, arbitration and private international law. Practicing in legal consulting for more than 15 years he has been involved in many Russian and cross-border litigations and arbitrations relating to various economic sectors, including natural resources and construction works. He has taken part in international arbitrations under the Rules of ICC and other arbitral institutions. Att. Arsin Demir, the founder of DEMİR & DEMİR law office, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 1999 and registered with the Izmir Bar Association. Okan Demirkan joined the Firm in 2010 after spending ten years in the Istanbul, Ankara and London offices of a major Istanbul-based law firm, bringing with him substantial experience in energy, infrastructure and dispute resolution. He currently leads the Firm’s Dispute Resolution, Energy & Infrastructure and Ethics & Compliance practices. Okan Demirkan represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, employment related disputes, intellectual property claims, administrative disputes, enforcement and set-aside lawsuits and criminal proceedings in relation to white-collar crimes, at all levels of Turkish courts. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cafer Eminoğlu is a faculty member at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (AYBÜ) Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law and Senior Consultant at Eminoğlu Law Firm. Registered in Ankara Bar Association, Dr. Eminoğlu is a theorist in Energy Law as well as Corporate Law, Negotiable Instruments Law, Commercial Business Law and other fields of Commercial Law and Contract Law and since a long time has been working as practitioners especially in Turkey and Austria. Dr. Eminoğlu has written academic studies in Turkish, German and English in the specified fields and teaches as a professor in the relevant languages. Dr. Cafer Eminoğlu completed the Undergraduate and Graduate Education Program of the Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna in 2006, the Ankara University Law Faculty Undergraduate Program in 2009, and the Vienna University Faculty of Law Doctorate Program in 2010 by presenting his thesis on corporate law. Between May 2011 and February 2013, Dr. Eminoğlu worked as a lawyer and foreign contract negotiator at Petroleum Pipeline Corporation (BOTAŞ). Emin ENER

Emin Ener is a civil engineer and has experience in the conformance of all projects to the contract and the management of the entire Project related to different applications of Civil Engineering (highways, art structures, traffic, maintenance, operation, etc.). He has specialized in motorway projects and especially in all kinds of projects and construction control related to tunnels, viaducts and long span bridges that require advanced technology, giving and finalizing technical opinions and ensuring coordination between all parties. Emin Ener graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture in 1986, and then completed his education in Middle East Technical University Faculty of Engineering and USA Federal Highway Administration. The main fields of activity that he gained experience throughout his engineering life are mainly large public projects like highways, traffic, maintenance, operation, bridge, tunnel, etc.  He worked as a Civil Engineer at the General Directorate of Highways in the following units: the Head of the Operations Department, the General Manager Consultant and the Board Member of the Turkish National Committee of Roads, the Head of the Bridges Department, the Head of the Highways Department, the Highway Maintenance Operation Branch Manager.


Asu ERGÜLER

Asu Ergüler, an expert on renewable energy and sustainable development, is the founding partner and general manager of Responsible Business Management (RBM) company, which specializes in project development and investments in developing countries based in Switzerland. RBM, mainly in Turkey market, offers advisory services on the development of geothermal fields, project financing, geothermal drilling risk management, solar energy, hybrid applications, HPP and  ensuring energy investment opportunities abroad for domestic investors. After graduating from Vienna Technical University, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial-Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering, Asu Ergüler completed his postgraduate studies in Environmental Engineering at Vienna Technical University and Mexico City UNAM University.  He has worked on various energy projects related to solar energy, HPPs, geothermal energy, energy efficiency and electricity distribution in more than 50 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, North-South America and Australia. To the private sector and governments; He has provided consultancy on subjects such as energy investments, climate change and sustainable development. In the 1990s; he managed the project “Urban Air Pollution in Mega Cities of the World” financed by the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was named “Global Leader” in 2004 for his contributions to international development; at the special invitation of United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Kofi Annan, he participated in the UN Leaders Summit and served as a consultant within the scope of the Millennium Development Project, which aims a better life for future generations.


Prof. Dr. Mustafa ERKAN

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Erkan is  an academic at Marmara University Faculty of Law, department of Private International Law. Having graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1999, he completed his master’s degree at the University of Leicester (England) and then completed his doctorate at the University of Exeter (England). He has experience in Dispute Resolution in International Energy Investments, International Private Law, International Commercial Law and Political Risks and Prevention in International Energy Investments. He gives lectures on Mediation in Commercial Disputes and Arbitration and Energy Law and has been a panelist at numerous conferences in these subject areas. ERKAN, having studies in the fields of energy, arbitration and mediation, has articles in many national and international journals. He is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators-AIPN.


Dr. Muzaffer EROĞLU

Dr. Eroğlu works as a lecturer in Kocaeli University Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law. He completed his undergraduate education in Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2000. In 2001, he completed his internship training in Ankara Bar Association and registered to the Bar Association. Later, he continued his education in England as a state scholarship and received his master’s degree (LLM) in International Business Law from the University of Kent in 2003 and his doctorate (PhD) degrees from the University of London, Queen Mary College in 2007. Having settled in Istanbul in 2008, Dr. Eroğlu still continues his academic career here. Dr. Eroğlu gives lectures and trainings at both Kocaeli University and different universities at undergraduate and graduate levels in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, competition law and energy law. Dr. Eroglu has conducted various researches and studies on corporate law and corporate governance at Max Planct Private Law Institute in Germany in 2010, at the University of Oslo in Norway in 2011 and 2013, and at the European Institutute of Florence in 2015 in Italy. He is a member of Sabancı University Corporate Governance Forum. He is a member of the Sustainable Corporate Law Project, an international project run by the University of Oslo. He also voluntarily acts as the legal advisor of the Independent Woman Directors Project run by Sabancı University. Dr. Eroğlu has focused his academic studies on corporate law, corporate governance, competition law and energy law. Asst. Prof. Dr. Serhat ESKİYÖRÜK

Dr. Eskiyörük is an academic at Adana BTÜ Faculty of Social Sciences. He has been acted as an Arbitrator, Counsel and Legal Expert in ICSID, ISTAC, LCIA, ICC, TOBB, Czech Arbitration Court and ICA arbitrations. Peter FOREMAN

Peter Foreman is an English-qualified lawyer, based in Scotland, who has spent much of his career in the offshore oil & gas engineering and construction sector as Legal Director and latterly as Executive Vice President for major contractors. He is currently a consultant working mainly in the offshore energy sectors providing advice and support on contract negotiations and the avoidance of disputes, and their resolution where such efforts are unsuccessful. Peter is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an Accredited Mediator, and co-author of the Scottish Arbitration Handbook. He was formerly the external examiner in arbitration law, among other subjects, for the University of Aberdeen


Angela GRAHAME QC

Angela Grahame QC, a practising member of Compass Chambers in Edinburgh, was admitted Advocate to the Scottish Bar in 1995 and took silk in Scotland in 2009. She was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales (Middle Temple) in 2019. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is an Honorary Lecturer with a Special Interest in International Arbitration at the University of Aberdeen and practices in Domestic and International Arbitration. She undertakes a wide range of civil litigation and arbitration. She has acquired a specialism in public inquiries, all of which have had a high profile. Her many practice areas over the years have included cases involving judicial review, civil liberties, human rights, complex harassment cases, contract and commercial cases. She has been retained as counsel and appointed as an Arbitrator in international arbitrations, as well as Tribunal Secretary. She has also written and lectured extensively on the subject. Cengiz GÜNEŞ

Cengiz Güneş, a senior manager in the energy and infrastructure sector since 1995, was involved in various build-operate, build-operate-transfer, transfer of operating rights and integrated infrastructure projects, feasibility and/or feasibility assessment, place of establishment selection, privatization and project and contract management of mining investments. He is still working as an investment advisor for energy and infrastructure projects and give lectureson Energy Finance at the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University and on Energy Law and Regulation at Sabancı University. Having many articles and interviews published on the energy sector his published works are on Concessionary Companies, Build-Operate, Build-Operate- Transfer and Tax Practices in Transfer of Operating Rights, Energy and Infrastructure Investment Models, All Aspects of Electricity Market Applications and Commercial Applications in the Electricity Market. In the electricity sector, price prediction models, market simulation, generation planning, portfolio optimization, electricity trading, renewable energy, incentive applications, privatization and regulation, contract management are his main practice areas. He is a Board Member of the Energy Law Research Institute. He is also a founding member of TOBB Energy Council.


Yamaç GÜNEYLİ

Yamaç Güneyli, a senior petroleum engineer, contracts manager and a lawyer registered at Ankara Bar Association, has an extensive experience in many energy related businesses, especially in upstream and downstream of oil business in national and private oil companies. He has over 10 years of experience in crude oil and oil product trading. He also managed vessel loading and discharge operations and involved in negotiations regarding demurrage and laytime claims. His career related to contract management started in TTOPCO, jointly owned by Genel Energy and Addax Petroleum and continued with the EPC Thermal Power Plant project in Erbil, Iraq. In 2017, he was appointed as the country manager of TPIC Colombia Branch and his international experience includes the negotiations and management of PSA, MSA, JOA, and SPA and the close-out of the share transfer of Maria Conchita gas exploration field. He is still working as a legal counsellor in Onshore & Offshore Drilling Company. Yamac holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from METU Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering Department and obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Cankaya University, Master of Laws from Baskent University and his LL.M. in English Law from South Wales University. He has currently studied his Ph.D. researches in Maritime law at Ankara University. He authored a book titled “Liability for Damages to Third Parties Caused by Transboundary Pipelines”.


Irina GUERIF

She began her career within the Danone group. Mert Karamustafaoğlu graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Law in 1999 and started to work as a competition specialist in the Competition Authority. Karamustafaoğlu, who spent 15 years of his working life in the positions of expert, assistant expert and chief expert in the Competition Authority, has been actively involved in privatization and all kinds of competition law examinations, especially in the electricity, fuel, natural gas, mining sectors. İlker Fatih KIL

İlker Fatih Kıl, who graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2002, started his graduate studies in administrative law at the same faculty in 2003. Barış SANLI

After graduating from TED Karabük College as the top student, Barış Sanlı started his first year in Boğaziçi Electrical and Electronics engineering department. He completed his Electronic Engineering education at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in England with the scholarship of the Prime Ministry. He started his career as a research assistant in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Middle East Technical University in 2001. Before joining Nottingham Law School, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Maltepe University Faculty of Law, Department of International Private Law. He is an academic specializing in Petroleum and Natural Gas Law and International Investment Law. He gives lectures on Contract Law, International Trade Law, World Trade Organization Law and International Trade Risk Insurance Law at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Supervises Independent Research Projects of both undergraduate and graduate students. He also serves as a visiting teacher for students on six-month work placements. He is a member of the Labor and Bankruptcy Law Center and the Rights and Justice Center. He has studies and publications in the fields of International Trade and Business Law and International Arbitration. ŞAHİN has acted as an organizer and speaker in many national and international conferences.


Prof. Bilgin TİRYAKİOĞLU

Prof. Bilgin Tiryakioğlu, after graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1984, completed his master’s (1986) and doctorate (1991) at Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law. He has been working as a lecturer at Ankara University Faculty of Law until 2008 and at Bilkent University Faculty of Law since 2008 as a faculty member in the department of international private law. Between September 2003-May 2004, he worked as a Fulbright visiting professor at the American University Washington College of Law. His researches include foreigners’ law, nationality law, conflict of laws and international procedural law, as well as resolution of foreign investment disputes, foreign direct investments, ICSID arbitration, international sales contracts, Disputes arising from Energy Investments, recognition and enforcement of foreign courts and arbitral awards, country-wide applications of competition laws, international business law. Prof. Dr. Tiryakioğlu has authored seven books and many articles in English and Turkish on these issues. In addition to his academic studies, Prof. Tiryakioğlu has been taking part in the legal practice since 2008, advising and acting as an arbitrator in foreign-based disputes, especially international investment law and arbitration.

He has been working as a manager in the energy sector since 2000, after his senior experience in the public sector. In the German STEAG and OYAK joint venture in Turkey, which is one of the largest foreign investment ISKEN – Sugözü Power Plant (Iskenderun Energy Production and Trade Inc.) development and management of the project Mr. Uyanık has played a key role and is still serving as the General Manager and Board Member. Isken – Sugözü Power Plant (660×2 = 1320 MW) Build-Operate model and built in accordance with international technical and environmental standards and is being operated with foreign capital in Turkey is the first private-sector coal power plants. He is also a Board Member of the Electricity Producers Association and Vice President of the TOBB Foreign Economic Relations Board  and Energy Business Council. Ecem Süsoy Uygun is working at Erdem & Erdem Law Firm as a senior lawyer. Süsoy Uygun graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2012 and completed her master’s degree in law at Freie Universität Berlin in 2017. Dr. Andreas WEILER

Dr. Andreas Weiler is founder and partner at Weiler & Kohlbacher Rechtsanwälte, an acknowledged Austrian law firm specialized in advising domestic and international clients in commercial and civil law. He is now practising law for more than 25 years and has been acting as an arbitrator and as parties´ counsel in domestic and international arbitrations, mainly under the ICC, Vienna and UNCITRAL Rules. Construction and building law, M&A, contract law and energy law are key areas of practice. Gokhan Yardım graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU), Department of Chemical Engineering in 1979. He worked as an operating engineer at Ankara Maltepe Town Gas Factory between 1979-1983. He worked as chief engineer, manager, coordinator, head of department, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors at BOTAŞ between 1983-2001.  During his time at BOTAŞ, he took part in the preparation, negotiation and execution of Natural Gas Purchase and Sale Agreements (Commercial-Technical) from Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Egypt, Algeria and Nigeria. He has provided consultancy on gas supply issues in banks’ CCGT financing projects. He was a member of the Board of Directors of İzmirgaz Distribution Company. While working as the General Manager of Angoragaz Private Gaz Trade Company between January 1, 2011 and September 13, 2018, he worked on liberal gas market operations, spot natural gas on Organized Wholesale Market in EPIAS. While serving as the General Manager of an Energy Investment Holding between 30.11.2015 and 11.07.2016, he completed and commissioned the 50 MW RES project. Dr. Yardımcı is experienced in many different aspects of the energy sector, such as economics of regulation, tariff applications, contracts, international business transactions, upstream and downstream of oil and natural gas. He graduated from the Middle East Technical University (Turkey), Department of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering in 2004. He joined an Executive Program on economics of regulation in the Michigan State University (USA) in 2008. Afterwards, he participated in Master of Law (LL.M.) at the Dickinson School of Law, Pennstate University (USA) between 2013-2015. He completed PhD on finance in the Hacettepe University (Turkey). He had been working as a reservoir engineer in an international oil company before he was recruited by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) of Turkey. He has been working for EMRA since 2006. He teaches at undergraduate and graduate levels in some universities and institutions in Turkey, Cyprus, China and Hungary. His lectures cover economics of regulation, financing of energy investments, oil and gas law, petroleum property valuation, reservoir engineering, production engineering. Currently, he continues his academic studies at the University of Oxford, St Antony’s College and living in the UK.


Dr. Mustafa Ayaz YAVUZ

He was born on March 27th, 1975 in Konya. He graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2000. In 2003, he completed the Ankara University Private Law Graduate Program and the subject of his master’s thesis is “Determination of the Law to be Applied by Arbitrators in International Arbitration”.  In 2011, he completed his doctorate in Gazi University Private Law (Civil Law) Department. His doctoral thesis is “Electricity Supply Contract Especially – Bilateral Agreement” and has been published as a book. He still gives lectures on Private International Law, Energy Law, Energy Contracts, Introduction to Law, Regulation Law, International Trade Law at Karatay University. After receiving his law school diploma, he enrolled in Ankara Bar Association as a trainee lawyer in 2000. After completing 6 months of court internship and 6 months of lawyer internship with Prof. Dr. Kemal Dayınlarlı, he was entitled to obtain an attorney license in 2011 and registered as a lawyer with the registration number 15344 in Ankara Bar Association. He started to work in the Privatization Administration in 2002 and transferred to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority the same year. He left EMRA in August 2004 and still works as a consultant and lawyer, especially in the energy sector. He has many articles, researches and reviews on energy law, and has also moderated and provided training in the Ankara Bar Association and Bar Association within the scope of the “Advanced Training Program” on energy law.
