Victoria Ritah Nalule is an attorney who is an Energy and Mining expert and consultant with extensive experience working on various projects in different areas of the world. She has more than ten years of experience in Energy law, Mining law, and international arbitration and has written many books in this field. Her working area covers various topics such as energy, oil, mining, gas, renewable energy, climate change, transparency, and governance issues. She completed her master’s degree in Petroleum and Mining Law and Policy in 2014 and her doctorate in International Energy Law and Policy in 2018. Munkhnaran Munkhtuvsin completed her L.L.B at the National University of Mongolia and then completed her Master’s Degree at Nagoya University. She has been doing PhD program at Nagoya University since 2020. Between 2016 and 2018, she worked as an administrative specialist at Mongolian Arbitration Center. Majoring in public private international law, Munkhtuvshin currently tutoring undergraduate students on International Commercial Arbitration at Nagoya University. Khushboo’s practice focuses on international dispute resolution. Ezgi Ceren Cubuk is an experienced international arbitration practitioner. After graduating from law school in Turkey, she completed her internship at the Ankara Bar Association and practiced commercial litigation during this period. She worked at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Department representing the Republic of Turkey in the International Law field. She has worked for the Chilean Government and several inter-governmental and non-governmental organisations, including the European Commission, Chatham House and Client Earth. She is an Italian-Venezuelan national registered at the Bar in Italy. She grew up bilingual in Italian and Spanish, and is fluent in English and French.
